Give the General Council real oversight of tribal money. We seek an audit over all spending. Undisclosed tribal fund spend should be visible to all members. It takes 3,600 signatures from enrolled members to approve a BIA secretarial election that will approve the General Council vote.
General Council is an open assembly for every enrolled member 18 and up. Landowners have a separate association for land and royalty issues.
General Council meets the 19th of every month at Mandaree Water Chief Hall, 5:00 PM CT, in person and on Zoom.

Allottees and their heirs. Veterans. Elders. Families in New Town, Mandaree, White Shield, Twin Buttes, Parshall and Four Bears. Anyone enrolled who wants a say in how their tribe is run.
If you are enrolled, you belong here.
For individual Native allottees and their heirs. Dues-paying members press for fair oil royalties, leases we are allowed to read, and a federal trustee that answers for the money it holds. Our unifying action is the Tesoro High Plains pipeline trespass lawsuit.
