For Native allottees and their heirs. We press for fair oil royalties, leases we are allowed to read, and a federal trustee that answers for the money it holds. Our unifying action is the Tesoro High Plains pipeline trespass lawsuit.
Joining and dues
Membership is $200 per year and is open to any enrolled MHA member who owns, or is heir to, allotted land or mineral interests on Fort Berthold. Dues pay for legal filings, expert review of royalty statements, and the 1:1 consulting to understand paperwork with allottees. In Short, FBLAMOA membership offers you:

Where members meet
The association meets alongside the monthly assembly at Mandaree Water Chief Hall on the 19th of every month, 5:00 PM CT, in person and on Zoom. Landowner business — lawsuit updates, royalty questions, lease review — is taken up after the general agenda.
